Refund policy

At Kraftone, each product is custom-made just for you using high-quality direct-to-garment printing. We aim to deliver a perfect piece every time.

No Returns or Exchanges

As every item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Personal dislike of the design or color

Please check our size guide and product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at support@kraftone.in within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage

Once your request is approved, we will:

  • Arrange a free replacement of the same product, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.
