Care: Wash inside-out in cold water, dry on low heat. Flip it inside out before ironing.

• Machine wash in cold water with similar colours.
• Avoid bleach or tumble dryers, as they damage the fabric.
• Do not iron directly on the printed area to maintain the quality.

No Returns or Exchanges

As every item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size ordered
• Personal dislike of the design or colour

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

• Email us at info@kraftone.in within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage

Once your request is approved, we will:

• Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
